Large non-profit organization providing social services through a digital health platform to improve the dissemination and availability of health-related classes for the aging population. With this technology platform, the client had successfully established partnership with numerous health insurance companies.  

 

Company Need: 

The client was looking for strategic advising on multiplying their revenue sources and growing partnerships. 

 

Engagement: 

During Phase I of the work, several steps were taken to contribute to a comprehensive strategic analysis:

  • Market analysis to identify trends and areas for innovation 

  • Product analysis with strengths and weaknesses  

  • Business model recommendations 


Phase II presented with “transformation” opportunities based off the initial analysis: 

  • Financial analysis 

  • Organization analysis 

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy including the target market, market sizing, pricing models, and financial projections

With this engagement, the client was provided with actionable recommendations and resources to leverage when preparing to establish new partnerships.
