This is a fixed-scope engagement designed to lock in pilot success and prepare you for scale. It is delivered before or immediately after contract signature.

The goal is to prevent pilot stall by defining metrics, workflows, success criteria, activation strategy, and stakeholder alignment early in the relationship.
